Date: Saturday Morning, November 8th, 2025
Location: Encanto Short 9 Course – 2300 North 17th Avenue
Schedule: 11 AM Registration/Check In Starts – Purchase Mulligan Tickets
12:00 PM Putting Contest into the Dog House
12:30 PM 1st Tee Time (10 minute intervals)
Post Round Activities - Food, Drinks & Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Jacket Award Ceremony - Prize Drawing Announcements
Cost: $100 – payable with cash, check (to DNPNA), or Venmo (@DelNortePlace)
75% proceeds will benefit K9’s for Warriors Foundation (With an additional Anonymous Donor Grant that is doubling the contribution!)
Del Norte Place Neighborhood Association is a nonprofit, IRS tax deductible 501c3 charitable organization. Your entry is a donation. Proceeds will be shared, benefitting K9’s for Warriors, another 501c3 foundation that works to provide service dogs to veterans. https://k9sforwarriors.org/

Green fees, Pre game snacks, Post game pizza, one drink ticket, one Prize Drawing ticket, Hole-In-One prize opportunity to win a custom tailored Blazer, Closest to the dog house contest. Long Drive contest for men and women, and a lot of fun!
What is not included?
Golf clubs, pushcart or golf cart rentals are available for an additional fee.

Contest Coupons for Purchase
* Mulligan Tickets ($2ea or 3 for $5) - We all want a do over, right? Purchase up to 3 coupons and get that ‘do over’ you might need to get a birdie.

Assorted items, Johnson & Murphy Golf Shoes ($180 value), Gift Cards to local area businesses and more.
Hole in One Contest
Get a hole-in-one at ANY Hole and win a custom Tom James blazer valued at $750! Mulligans do not apply to this contest. Must be on the first shot and verified by tournament organizers.
Encanto Park Short 9 Golf Course Rules
1. All players must have in their possession a valid green fee ticket to be shown upon request.
2. Each player must have an individual set of clubs and a bag.
3. Pull and electric carts not permitted within 10 yards of the green.
4. Repair all your ball marks and divots.
5. Rake sand trap after usage. There’s only one sand trap on this course!
6. If unable to keep pace with the foursome in front of you, lay down & allow group behind you to play through.
7. Obnoxious behavior and profanity are not permitted on golf course premises. Keep it classy!
8. Observe rules of etiquette at all times. Thank you!
9. City of Phoenix is not responsible for personal injury. You are responsible for injuring yourself.
10. The Golf Pro and Ranger have authority to enforce rules and regulations and may eject violator or suspend his privileges for non-compliance.

By participating in this event, I hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Del Norte Place Neighborhood Association and/or their representatives (event planners), from any loss, liability damage, or cost that may incur arising out of or related to this even whether caused by the negligence of the event planners or otherwise.
